We were pleasantly surprised to find that bus transportation was free with the "Sommercard" card provided by the hotel, which we used frequently during our stay.

The TV channels were only in German, which we found limiting. We would have liked to have at least some channels in English or Italian to choose from during our downtime in the evenings.

The roads to reach the main skiing areas were steep and often icy, which made driving a bit stressful. the lack of TV channels in English or Italian made relaxing in the room a bit difficult for non-German speaking guests.
